🛍️ Mindful Buying Terms

✦ All Sales Are Final: To maintain strict hygiene standards for everything worn on your skin and to keep our small boutique sustainable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 

✦ Most of our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver or 316L stainless steel, making them more suitable for sensitive skin and comfortable for everyday wear. Occasionally, we also share a few special designs made from other materials because they're simply too beautiful not to. Material details are always transparently listed on each product page.

✦ Know Your Fit: Sizing matters! We highly recommend checking the detailed measurements on our product pages or measuring yourself before checking out to ensure your new favorite piece fits perfectly. 

✦ Product Appearance: Due to different screen calibrations, studio lighting, and manufacturing production batches, there may be subtle variations in color, finish, or texture compared to the product photos. We strive to represent our pieces as accurately as possible!

💳 Payments & Order Changes

✦ Secure Checkout: We accept all major credit cards and secure payment gateways. Your billing information is always encrypted and safe with us. 

✦ Cancellations & Edits: Because we work quickly to get your order ready, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. Please review your cart carefully before hitting purchase! 

✦ Price Adjustments: We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively to orders that have already been completed, or offer price adjustments on past purchases during sales.

✦ Tax & Store Policy Note: While we cover standard import taxes where possible, local tax laws and customs regulations vary globally; any unforeseen tax updates or shipping exceptions remain subject to final studio owner discretion.

✦ Material & Allergy Care: We list all materials (such as sterling silver, gold plating, or stainless steel) on our product pages. Please review these carefully if you have sensitive skin, as Marolla cannot be held responsible for any individual allergic reactions. 

✦ Fair Use: We reserve the right to decline service or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or violate our store terms.
